After being disappointed with the TopBox I received, the Winter Luxe Box was somewhat of a relief! It’s no where near perfect and it is quiet expensive, but I felt as though the products were more up my alley. I may take a break from it because I only received this box and my last Fall Luxe Box due to a credit balance I had pending.
Winter Luxe Box 2012
Cake Beauty It’s a Slice Supreme Body Mouse – (pictured above) claims to be an ultra light body lotion with extreme hydrators that will leave skin slightly scented and perfectly moisturized. I’ve seen these at winners shelves and I’ve never been attracted to them. I have no problem using body lotions up, but this one isn’t one I would pick out for myself.
Essie Butler Please – free of DBP, toluene and formaldehyde. It’s no secret that I’m a huge essie fan, so I’m very happy to add this lacquer to my collection!
Blue Lagoon Skin Care Algae Mask – product claims to nourish, lift and enhance radiance. I’ve been dabbling in face masks lately. Specifically speaking, I have been using the Lotus Aroma Green Clay mask. I’m interesting in testing this one out. If I like it, I may consider the attached coupon, which is valid until March 15th, 2013.
Calvin Klein Euphoria – I sort of cannot believe I do not own a single Calvin perfume because I do find them to smell nice. This sample is 15ml, which is rather large! The notes include pomegranate, persimmon, Lush Green Accord, lotus blossom, champaca flower, black orchid, liquid amber, black violet, cream accord, and mahogany wood.
Mereadesso All-In-One Moisturizer – this is a single step solution for the face and neck to reap the benefits of other products from this alone. In case you are wondering what that means, the product just happens to be a face toner. That’s about it. I haven’t heard of the brand before so I’ll have to try this before I can say anything more.
Kerastase Cristalliste Lumiere Liquide – a weightless serum for the hair that claims to leave hair smooth, shiny and soft. I’m all for serums, I’ll probably keep this at my boyfriends house because I have a beauty stash there.
Loose Button Faux Eye Lashes & Kabuki Brush
I’m pretty much indifferent about the last too. I hardly wear false lashes and I’m not a fan of the kabuki brush, it doesn’t feel like it’s great quality or anything.
