Available as of October 2013, Avon Gel Finish Envy swatches on the nails as beautiful as it appears in the bottle. This color reminds me of Christmas and no, I don’t think it’s too early to talk about that holiday!
Back to Manicure Monday! The most similar color I have to this in my stash is OPI Cuckoo For This Color. They are almost interchangeable, so I would say if you have one then you don’t need the other. After all, when do we ever need more? Always, of course!
Avon Gel Finish Envy
The Avon Gel Finish 7-in-1 Nail Enamels claim to have the following benefits:
- Gel-like Finish
- Vivid Color
- Base Coat
- Top Coat
FYI I usually wear my nail polishes with a base coat, because that’s my personal preference. I’m currently using the OPI Nail Envy Strengthener.
At $7.99 for 12 ml, I’d say it is a bargain because this lasted me a good 5 days until it started to chip. The shine of the lacquer only began to fade slightly after 3-4 days of wear.
The brush made the application process easy because it was wide and flat. Not too wide though, I have somewhat small finger nails and I had no trouble with it. Two coats was more than enough for an opaque and flawless coverage because the consistency is somewhat thicker than usual.
I’m very impressed.
What’s your favorite green polish? Do you prefer cream or a metallic finish?
