Vichy Liftactiv Advanced Concentrate is suitable for sensitive skin with Pure Retinol + LR2412 + Hyaluronic Acid. The cream is intended for any woman who wants intensive correction on the look of deep vertical wrinkles to reveal a more ‘positive’ appearance.
I’m not the ideal candidate to test this out for the purpose of testing it on its claims. As you might know, I’m only 26 years old and the only wrinkles I deal with are the pesky little ones underneath my eyes. This serum cannot be applied around the eye area.
However, Retinol and Hyaluronic acid are the active ingredients in many topical acne treatments and I happen to have acne prone skin, so I decided to give this wrinkle fighting serum. I’m a big fan of the Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot acne spot treatment. Plus, who doesn’t love the idea of preventing ageing skin, right?
I received this for reviewing purposes back in February and I have cleared at least a third of the product.
Vichy Liftactiv Advanced Concentrate Review
Liftactiv Advanced Concentrate can be used in 3 ways, on clean face and neck:
- alone, as a daily moisturizer accompanied by a minimum of SPF 15
- layered on top of your serum or under your moisturizer
- as a localized treatment, for example frown lines, nasolabial folds, small wrinkles contouring the lips
This product are that it is not intended to be used in combination with any other Retinol based products.
I used this as a night time moisturiser and applied a pea size amount to the entire face staying clear of the eye area.
Unfortunately, as I mentioned prior, I cannot report back about the anti-wrinkle fighting abilities of this product. I simply experienced no negative reactions and woke up with a generally clear complexion.
