Despite being MIA on YouTube and my blog, I have stayed on top of Project Pan 2019. I thought I would start with finishing 9 in 2019 since this is the first year I have ever tried Project Pan. It didn’t take long before I passed 9 and decided to finish 20 by 2020 instead.
Finish 20 by 2020
I have a secondary skincare stash at my boyfriend’s place, but whenever I have the opportunity to do nighttime routine before making my way over to his place at the end of the day, I do it!
At his place, I finished The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Serum, formulated without parabens or animal-sourced ingredients. It is geared towards skin brightening and I do find it to reduce dullness, which I appreciate this time of year.
CLEANSER – I’m half way through my Paula’s Choice Pore Normalizing Cleanser, which I recieved years back for a sponsored review (watch here). It’s a lovely all-purpose cleanser which doesn’t dry out the skin. Other than that, meh, it’s funny how we underappreciate cleansers that work without irritating our skin. It simply does the trick and I can’t wait to move on to something that has more wow factor.
EXFOLIATOR – I finished the highly praised Pixi Beauty Peel & Polish which I will replace with the exfoliator from The Face Shop White Seed line. I have 3 more Peel & Polishes in my stash, I might keep one and pass on the other two to friends as I really like it!
DAYTIME MOISTURIZER – Avène Eau Thermale Smoothing Emulsion and Olay Age Defying Advanced Gel Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid both finished this month! I’ll be rolling in the Veriphy Self Absorbed Facial Moisturizer in their place.
MAKEUP REMOVER – I’m still working on the Biotherm Biosource Balm-to-oil Biotherm, since I only use it to remove makeup on days where I’m wearing heavier eye and complexion makeup (not often).
NIGHTTIME CREAM – Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality8 Radiant Moisture Creme has been serving me well. By the first week of October, I started seeing the bottom of the jar. It’s an intense moisturizer, perfect as a last step in my nighttime skincare routine.
EYE CREAM – Finally, I decided to call it quits on the PIXI Eye Zone Brightener because it was starting to come out of the tube in solid beads. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable that would be to get in the eyes!
Pan on Golden Ochre shadow in the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette is starting to show.
